Technical Inventory Coordinator
 
Role Description:
The technical inventory specialist provides critical support for the Tablet Deployment Team. You will be responsible for receiving, configuring, packaging, shipping, and tracking of company tablet solutions.
 
This role works closely with Patient Management Technical Consultants as well as the SHQ Patient Management team to understand product needs for customers and field representatives. This fast-paced roll will evolve as the market adopts the clients latest tablet solutions.
 
Tablet Solution Fulfillment Responsibilities:

  1. Understand key hardware and software components of tablet solutions
  2. Receive stock of hardware components for all tablet solutions
  3. Organize inventory for efficient kitting/order processing
  4. Setup and navigation of Mobile Device Manager solutions (Teneo)
  5. Order management in multiple computer systems
    • Receive orders via electronic notification system
    • Update order statuses
    • Manage assets in MDT Systems as required (SAP/SFDC/XLS)
  6. Packaging/kitting
    • Confirm proper inventory stock
    • Update tablet with appropriate software via configurator tool
    • Package all components based on order specifics
  7. Shipping
    • Send package using the clients shipping facilities
    • Complete required documentation based on destination – to include tracking information and shipped date
  8. Process Tablet returns and reconcile BLT instances (Broken/Lost/Theft)
  9. End of Lease Process:
    • Coordinate and act as primary liaison for Tablet end of Lease process with EMEA MDT Offices.
    • Record and maintain asset data in CRM system (SFDC/Lightning)
    • Ensure timely processing of Tablet Returns to MDT Supplier (VDF)
  10. Provide process improvement recommendations to refine fulfillment cycle
